Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology or a related discipline.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 35 years
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control systems in food manufacturing, especially for seasoning mix and MSG-based products.
- Sound understanding and practical exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, Hygiene & Sanitation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Hands-on experience in raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspection, including monitoring critical quality parameters.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements such as BSTI, BFSA, FSMS, HALAL, and basic understanding of FDA guidelines.
- Experience in quality assurance activities, including SOP preparation, technical standards, deviation handling, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System), with exposure to internal audits and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to support production control, line clearance, process monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in manpower handling, shop-floor supervision, and ensuring worker compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Basic knowledge of sensory evaluation and support to R&D during product trials and validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform any special task assigned by the superior in line with organizational needs.
