• For Experience Candidate Educational Certificate is not Mandatory.

• Production Oversight: Monitor the final processing of ceramic goods, including activities like glazing, smoothing, sanding, and the application of surface textures.
• Quality Inspection: Supervise the visual and technical inspection of finished items to identify flaws such as cracks, structural defects, or color inconsistencies.
• Team Supervision: Direct workers engaged in testing and measuring products, and manage technical teams performing routine quality checks.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all products adhere to company specifications, customer requirements, and international safety/quality standards (such as ISO or CE marks).
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, prepare statistical reports on quality performance, and document any product modifications or failures.
• Training: Identify skill gaps and deliver technical training to staff regarding new finishing techniques or updated quality control procedures.
• Safety & Environment: Enforce safety protocols in hazardous environments (e.g., kiln areas) and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
