Experience:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the ceramics, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, or manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, business development, and channel/distributor management.
Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and performance evaluation skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of market analysis, sales forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
Experience in managing key accounts, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, and corporate clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
Ability to prepare sales reports, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and business presentations.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh for business development and customer relationship management.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve organizational sales and profitability targets.
Strong understanding of branding, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
Excellent command of both Bangla and English (written and spoken).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and decision-making capability.
Develop and implement the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead the sales and marketing team by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring target achievement.
Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, demand plans, and business development strategies based on market trends and customer demand.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, distribution channels, and strategic markets for ceramic products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, developers, contractors, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, inventory, and finance departments to ensure timely product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
Develop pricing, promotional, and channel development strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
Plan and oversee branding, advertising, product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer conferences, and other promotional campaigns.
Review sales performance, prepare MIS reports, analyze sales data, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
Negotiate and finalize major contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms with key customers and distributors.
Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve critical customer issues, and ensure high standards of after-sales service.
Ensure effective territory management, route planning, and distributor performance evaluation.
Develop and implement sales incentive programs and dealer engagement initiatives.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales and marketing personnel to enhance team capability and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and commercial documentation requirements.
Coordinate with the product development team to gather market feedback and recommend new ceramic products, designs, and finishes.
Prepare periodic sales, market performance, and business development reports for the Managing Director and senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase sales efficiency, customer retention, and overall business growth.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, business forums, trade associations, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
