Education:
Minimum 10 years of practical experience in operations coordination, manufacturing, or supply chain-related roles.
Prior experience in the Furniture or Door manufacturing sector will be preferred.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and execution skills.
Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in MIS and reporting.
Ability to coordinate with teams located in different cities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate daily operational activities among Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Administration.
Act as a central coordination point between Furniture and Door business units operating from Rajshahi and Dhaka.
Ensure smooth workflow from order confirmation to production, delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
Monitor production planning, capacity utilization, and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with sales demand.
Understand sales demand and production capacity by closely coordinating with Sales and Production teams, and communicate insights to management to accelerate informed decision-making.
Ensure effective operational execution by communicating relevant information, decisions, and updates to stakeholders during the decision-making and implementation process.
Actively facilitate cross-functional alignment by ensuring management decisions are clearly understood, properly documented, and executed across all departments.
Follow up on inter-departmental action points and ensure timely execution of management directives.
Track and monitor operational performance, turnaround time, and execution efficiency.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production, sales, delivery, inventory, and collection status.
Organize and coordinate monthly sales and performance review meetings as directed by management.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for cross-functional coordination and facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing insights, trend analysis, and performance summaries.
Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
Ensure timely reporting of key operational KPIs (production efficiency, delivery lead time, inventory turnover, order backlog) to the Managing Director.
Follow up on MD-level decisions and action items, ensuring closure within agreed timelines.
Assist in new product or model rollout coordination between production, sales, and logistics teams.
