Responsibilities & Context:

Cartoner & Bundler Operations

• Operate and monitor cartoner and bundler machines to ensure continuous packaging flow and minimal downtime.

• Ensure correct feeding of cartons, inserts, and bundles to avoid mispacks, incorrect bundling, or customer complaints.

• Verify pack counts, sealing quality, shrink integrity (if applicable), and bundling alignment.

Quality & Compliance Assurance

• Ensure correct coding, barcoding, labeling, and traceability compliance on secondary packs.

• Conduct routine checks for carton defects, missing items, incorrect quantity, or improper sealing and escalate deviations.

• Support QA/QC inspections and ensure rejection handling as per quality procedures.

Line Efficiency & Changeover Management

• Perform changeovers, adjustments, and machine settings to support different SKUs with minimal downtime.

• Identify causes of frequent jams, misfeeds, and breakdown patterns and report for corrective action.

• Maintain smooth coordination with upstream (tube/carton feeding) and downstream (case packing/dispatch) operations.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure strict compliance with line safety standards, guarding protocols, and LOTO procedures during minor interventions.

• Maintain 5S and hygiene practices to ensure clean, organized packaging areas.
