· Ideal candidate must have 5-10 years’ experience in Fish feed sales & marketing·
The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Animal feed industry/ Aqua feed industry/manufacturing/ animal health medicine etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Achieve Fish feed sales targets & monitor dealer performance.
· Enhance dealer network, coverage the gap market & maintain strong relationships with the customers.
· Handle all customer complaints & resolve the issues with supervisor support when needed.
· Submit feed performance reports and market feedback
· Conduct marketing activities, small group meeting(SGM), farmer seminar, campaign and farm visit.
· Analysis the competitor’s policy & feedback to management
· Supervise the sales team & look after day to day activities
