Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Drinking Water, Beverage, or Food & Beverage industry.
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a clean work environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct microbiological testing of raw water, process water, finished products, and Environmental samples.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation conditions in production and filling areas.
Prepare culture media and ensure proper sterilization.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately.
Identify contamination issues and assist in corrective actions.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and follow aseptic procedures.
Support quality assurance activities and internal audits.
Practical knowledge of microbiological testing such as Total Plate Count, Coliform, E.coli, Yeast & Mold, etc.
Experience in media preparation, sterilization, and aseptic techniques.
Ability to maintain laboratory records and documentation.
