Responsibilities & Context:
Production Supervision: Lead day-to-day operations of the Unfinished Zone, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality production of carbon fiber golf shafts. Apply Standard Work to ensure consistency across shifts.
Process Management: Oversee all stages of shaft manufacturing, including cutting, ironing, rolling, curing, sanding, and inspection. Implement 5S practices to maintain organized, safe, and efficient workstations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all shafts meet strict specifications for flex, torque, weight, straightness, and surface finish.
Maintain basic production records and daily output details, including entries in the ERP system as required
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. Lead for continuous improvement in production processes.
