Sound knowledge of Bangladesh feed market dynamics.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, analyze market trends, and take corrective actions where required.
Visit potential dealers and customers for new business opportunities as frequent as possible.
Develop and implement National (East/West) sales strategies to achieve sales volume, revenue and market share targets.
Do the needful evaluation & research on the existing feed market situation.
Give necessary technical support to the farmers and dealers as required.
Ensure Individual Sales of Feed Products as per given target by the management.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and market trends for the knowledge of higher management
Prepare and present sales reports, MIS, and strategic reviews to top management.
Any other assignments given by the management time to time
