Responsibilities & Context:
Inspection Capacity Planning based on Shipment Date, Order Volume, Product Type, etc.
Daily Inspection Planning & QA Allocation (both for Center & Outside)
Act as the main technical contact for clients and provide updates on inspection results and performance.
Recruit, train, and mentor apparel inspectors
Oversee daily workflow, Inspection & Team scheduling, and performance evaluations
Plan and manage Inspections (pre-inspection, 100% pc-to-pc inspection, AQL)
Conduct supplier audits to verify inspection environments based on Japanese standard.
Escalate critical findings to clients immediately.
Hire, train, and guide the customer service team and production team.
Manage the quality claims process, investigating issues and coordinating with clients and suppliers on chargebacks.
Analyse quality data (e.g., defect trends, factory environments) to prepare reports for clients and internal leadership.
Develop and implement standardized inspection processes and SOPs
Maintain knowledge of garment construction, fabric, printing, embroidery, and washing techniques.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and client safety standards.
