Responsibilities & Context:
• Recruit, train, and mentor apparel inspectors
• Oversee daily workflow, Inspection & Team scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Plan and manage Inspections (pre-inspection, 100% pc-to-pc inspection, AQL)
• Review inspection reports for accuracy before they are sent to clients.
• Conduct supplier audits to verify Inspection Environments based on the Japanese Standard.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, providing updates on Inspection performance.
• Escalate critical findings to clients immediately.
• Manage the quality claims process, investigating issues and coordinating with clients and suppliers on chargebacks.
• Analyze quality data (e.g., defect trends, factory environments) to prepare reports for clients and internal leadership.
• Develop and implement standardized inspection processes and SOPs
• Maintain expert knowledge of garment construction, fabric, printing, embroidery, and washing techniques.
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and client safety standards.
