Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QC Checker team to ensure proper execution of product quality inspections on the production floor.
Monitor daily quality checking activities and ensure QC checkers follow established quality standards, procedures, and checklists.
Assign inspection duties and floor coverage to QC checkers based on production requirements.
Ensure continuous monitoring of products during production to identify defects or quality deviations at an early stage.
Immediately report quality issues, non-conforming products, or deviations to the QC Officer for further action.
Verify and review inspection reports and checklists submitted by QC checkers.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of quality inspection activities.
