Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and control leather processing (pre-tanning, tanning, post-tanning, finishing)
Inspecting, grading, and selecting leather hides to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conduct testing and analysis of raw and finished leather
Optimize chemical usage and production processes for cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations (ETP, LWG standards, etc.)
Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams
Troubleshoot technical issues in processing and finishing
Maintain proper documentation and reporting
