Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet targets and deadlines
Ensure consistent production of export-quality leather as per buyer requirements
Lead and manage dyeing, finishing, and overall production processes
Monitor production KPIs including yield, wastage, efficiency, and quality
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Ensure proper utilization of chemicals, materials, and manpower
Maintain strict quality control standards across all production stages
Train, mentor, and supervise production staff and supervisors
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and compliance standards
Handle troubleshooting and resolve production-related issues promptly
Prepare production reports and updates for management
