Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee production control from crust to finished product, ensuring seamless operations.
Lead the development and commercialization of new articles, from concept to market launch.
Collaborate with designers and chemical suppliers to develop innovative finishes aligned with fashion trends.
Establish and standardize recipes and operational procedures for production efficiency.
Maintain color matching and ensure right sample development.
Ensure the highest quality standards for both crust and finished products.
Manage and review the performance of the finishing team and driving towards continuous improvements and innovations.
