Responsibilities & Context:
Machine Operation: Startup, operate and shut down pellet mills and coolers in accordance with SOPs.
Quality Control: Adjust pelleting parameters—moisture, steam, and temperature—to meet quality standards (e.g., durability, hardness).
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine checks, lubrication, and basic repairs to minimize downtime.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Production Monitoring: Monitor production data, ensuring accurate, consistent flow of feed.
Coordination: Work with batch operators to manage, supply, and monitor raw material flow.
