Responsibilities & Context:
Process Control: Operate computerized control systems (PLC) to manage raw ingredient handling, batching, grinding, and pelleting equipment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all feed produced matches specific formula requirements and conduct ingredient/product sampling.
Equipment Monitoring: Monitor all terminal systems for efficiency and troubleshoot errors promptly.
Coordination & Communication: Cooperate with dispatchers for, inventory, and Mill Management regarding production schedules and equipment maintenance.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, biosafety protocols, and company, local, or federal regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of production, ingredients, and maintenance activities.
