Responsibilities & Context:
Batch & Slurry Preparation Operations
• Execute charging of raw materials (powder/liquid) according to approved batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs.
• Operate mixers, slurry tanks, and transfer pumps to ensure consistent blending and homogeneity.
• Monitor process parameters (RPM, temperature, time, pH, viscosity) and take corrective action in case of deviations.
Quality Assurance & GMP Compliance
• Ensure batch traceability through accurate recording of material lot numbers, quantities, and process conditions.
• Perform in-process checks (appearance, viscosity, density, pH as applicable) and report abnormal findings immediately.
• Ensure strict hygiene practices to avoid contamination, cross-mixing, and foreign material introduction.
Equipment Handling & First-Line Maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections of mixers, agitators, valves, seals, pipelines, and gaskets to ensure leak-free operations.
• Support cleaning (CIP/manual cleaning) and sanitation of tanks, pipelines, and tools as per cleaning validation requirements.
• Respond to minor equipment issues (blockage, pressure loss, improper mixing) and coordinate with maintenance for escalations.
