Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Fast Food Shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• In-depth knowledge of bakery processes, ingredients, and machinery

• Strong expertise in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) is mandatory

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Fast Food Shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in pastry, biscuit, bakery, or confectionery

• Strong expertise in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills

• Proficient in problem-solving, data analysis, and budget management

• Plan, organize, and direct all daily production activities for pastry and bakery lines

• Develop production schedules to meet sales forecasts and ensure on-time delivery

• Monitor production output, efficiency, and yield, implementing corrective actions as needed

• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure smooth operations

• Enforce strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety protocols

• Maintain consistent product quality, taste, texture, and appearance as per defined specifications

• Lead, motivate, train, and supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and operators

• Manage staffing, shift schedules, performance reviews, and skill development

• Control and optimize production costs, including raw material usage, labor, and overheads

• Minimize waste (shrinkage) and downtime. Drive productivity improvements

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all baking ovens, mixers, moulders, packaging machines, etc., are in optimal working condition
