• Diploma in Civil
• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Post-graduate diploma in Production or Industrial Management will be an added advantage.

• Strong background in manpower management, production efficiency improvement, and quality assurance.

• Proven leadership and team management ability.

• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.

• Hands-on experience in production planning, monitoring, and reporting systems.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of factory compliance, safety, and labor laws.

• Capability to train, motivate, and develop worker skills.

• Manage and oversee the entire factory operation including production, fabrication, welding, painting, delivery, and maintenance.

• Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with the Planning and Project Departments.

• Recruit factory workers and technical manpower as per production demand and factory requirements.

• Monitor worker performance and take initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.

• Conduct training and skill development programs for factory workers to ensure consistent production quality.

• Maintain continuous supervision on quality, ensuring that all products meet design and client specifications.

• Prepare and submit daily production reports and performance updates to management.

• Ensure effective coordination among Production, QA/QC, Store, and Logistics teams for smooth workflow.

• Implement and maintain strict factory safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.

• Monitor resource utilization, minimize wastage, and control production costs.

• Identify bottlenecks and apply continuous improvement methods for operational excellence.

• Motivate and lead the factory team to achieve production targets and company objectives.
