• 8–12 years of experience in ad film or video production

• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior production leadership role

1. Production Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage all production activities for TVCs, digital films, branded content, and campaign videos
• Supervise Producers, Line Producers, Production Managers, and on-ground production teams
• Ensure smooth coordination between creative, client service, post-production, and external vendors

2. Pre-Production Planning

• Review scripts, storyboards, and creative treatments to assess production feasibility
• Develop detailed production plans, schedules, and budgets
• Select directors, DOPs, production crews, locations, cast, and equipment
• Oversee casting, location scouting, permissions, and logistics

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare, approve, and monitor production budgets
• Ensure cost efficiency without compromising creative quality
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, studios, and freelancers
• Control expenses and ensure financial accountability

4. On-Set & Shoot Management

• Oversee shoot execution and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Resolve on-set challenges and ensure safety, discipline, and professionalism
• Maintain clear communication between director, agency, and client during shoots

5. Post-Production Oversight

• Supervise post-production workflow including editing, color grading, VFX, sound design, and music
• Ensure deliverables meet client briefs, technical standards, and deadlines
• Manage revisions and final approvals

6. Quality Control & Delivery

• Ensure all final outputs meet broadcast, digital, and platform-specific standards
• Maintain consistency in production quality across all projects
• Oversee archiving and proper documentation of production assets

7. Vendor & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, studios, freelancers, and suppliers
• Identify and onboard new talent, technologies, and production partners
• Represent the production house professionally with clients and stakeholders

8. Process Improvement & Strategy

• Develop and improve production workflows and SOPs
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and production techniques
• Support management in scaling production capabilities and efficiency
