• SSC and HSC in Science with a minimum GPA of 4.00 (out of 5.00) in both examinations.

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Sound knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Practices.

• Ability to work in a roster/shift-based environment.

• Demonstrated competencies in integrity, dependability, stress tolerance, time management, and analytical thinking.

• Commitment to maintaining high professional standards in service quality.

• Conduct psychoactive substance screening tests as per company policy at designated locations.

• Provide medical support on a roster basis at HSIA (Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport), Head Office, and other assigned sites.

• Maintain and update confidential digital records of aircrew medical data.

• Deliver emergency first aid services during office hours.

• Monitor and inspect aircraft medical kits, equipment, and devices regularly.

• Perform additional medical and administrative duties as per the requirement.
