Experience:
MSc in Food Engineering/Food Technology/Nutrition & Food Science.
Skill in Production process of biscuit & cookies production is preferable.
Good knowledge in machinery & equipment, Quality Control, Production Operation, Trouble Shooting, Production Compliance.
Good knowledge on MS office and ERP-SAP, KPI, 5s
Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
Job role:
To execute line wise production plan to meet the production goal by ensuring quality, value and team building.
Job responsibilities:
Ensure daily production targets (quantity & quality) are met as per plan.
Ensure product quality as per standard (texture, taste, weight, appearance) & take corrective actions.
Ensure proper shift handover and manpower utilization.
Ensure compliance at production floor.
Ensure Reduce process breakdown time, and wastage kept within tolerance level.
