• Masters in any discipline from any reputed public or private University.

• B.Sc in IPE or Leather or Footwear Engineering will get preference.

• At least 10 years

• The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skill.

• Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Planning for the coming order by managing capacity and forecasting the upcoming work load and take action accordingly.

• Design layout of equipment, materials and work space to point up maximum efficiency using IE methods/ tools.

• Balance the production line to ensure minimum Work-in-Process (WIP) and Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.

• Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.

• Case study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational break down to production people.

• Conducting off time study and motion study and idle man-machine hours on daily basis.

• Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for ongoing operations.

• Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, sewing alter-repair report, finishing alter-return report, needle broken report.

• Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production planning team and substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment and prepare monthly manpower projection & analyze labor cost.

• Assisting team in structuring projects and solving problems.

• Implement GSD method in the production floor.

• Capable to efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/ daily production target.

• Should have good managerial skill to handle workforce/ operators & helpers as well as lead a team of supervisors.

• Must be a team player with excellent leadership skill to run production for quality product and shipment on time.

• To follow-up with operation/ production/ warehouse/ commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.

• Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
