• Review daily production plans and conduct style assessments.

• Ensure all pre-production requirements are completed as per SOP.

• Monitor cutting quality and compliance with specifications.

• Identify and control critical-to-quality (CTQ) points.

• Inspect cut components for accuracy and workmanship.

• Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.

• Train the team on quality standards and inspection methods.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

• Maintain quality records and prepare reports.

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance cutting quality and efficiency.
