Experience:

• 15 to 18 years

• BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline from a reputed university

• MSc in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) will get preference

• Professional certification in Maintenance Management will be an added advantage

• 15 to 18 years

• Age At least 40 years

• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in engineering and maintenance functions with at least 05 years experience in senior management role within Printing, Packaging, FMCG, Flexible Packaging, Carton, Label, or similar industries.

• Hands on experience in maintenance of printing and packaging machinery.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “DGM (Maintenance)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities: 

• Lead the maintenance team in trouble shooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC/automation issues

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment failures to implement permanent corrective and preventive actions

• Align maintenance activities with production schedules to prevent bottlenecks in operational hours.

• Oversee and optimize maintenance for critical converting and printing equipment (e.g., flexible printing machine, offset printing machine, auto corrugated carton, slitting, lamination, sheet extrusion)

• Train and develop team of maintenance engineers, technicians, electricians and mechanics

• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance department budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Forecast and maintain an optimal inventory of spare parts and tools.

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and service vendors.

• Ensure all maintenance operations strictly adhere to health and safety standards.
