Job Purpose

The AGM – IE will lead the Industrial Engineering function to maximize production efficiency, optimize manpower, improve productivity, reduce operational cost, and ensure achievement of shipment targets through effective IE strategies and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire Industrial Engineering department.

• Develop and implement IE strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and control SMV, SAM, line balancing, operation bulletin, capacity planning, and manpower optimization.

• Analyze production performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Ensure factory productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.

• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with production, planning, merchandising, quality, and HR departments.

• Monitor bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare MIS reports related to efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization.

• Support management in cost reduction and process standardization.

• Mentor and develop IE team members.
