This role offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the product development lifecycle, including concept generation, design development, material selection, sampling, production coordination, and operational execution. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with product development, design, and manufacturing teams to transform creative concepts into commercially successful products while ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operational processes.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing new product concepts based on market trends and creative insights
Create sketches, illustrations, or digital designs for product development
Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to finalize product aesthetics
Support in selecting materials, colors, textures, and finishes
Modify and improve existing product designs based on feedback
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely product development
Assist in quality checks to ensure products meet design and brand standards
Research current design trends, customer preferences, and competitor products
