Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finishing Manager to oversee all finishing operations and ensure product quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will manage finishing processes, supervise teams, maintain production standards, and ensure compliance with company quality and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all finishing department operations to ensure production targets are met.
Monitor finishing quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage workforce planning, team supervision, and staff performance.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze production reports and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance requirements.
Ensure timely completion of orders according to customer specifications.
