• Diploma in Hotel Management

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 18 to 35 years
• Only Male

Production: Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix doughs/batters, and monitor precise baking times and oven temperatures.

Decoration & Finishing: Apply frostings, icings, glazes, and fillings to enhance the presentation of baked goods.

Sanitation: Sanitize workspaces, sweep floors, wash baking equipment, and follow strict health and hygiene regulations.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy bags of ingredients (up to 50 lbs), and handle repetitive motions.

Time Management: Capability to work early morning, late night, or weekend shifts to meet daily production schedules.

Math Skills: Precision when scaling recipes, measuring ingredients, and adjusting batch sizes.

Attention to Detail: Strict adherence to recipes, baking times, and food safety protocols. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy bags of ingredients (up to 50 lbs), and handle repetitive motions.
