Production and Operations:

• Ingredient Preparation & Mixing: Operators accurately measure and blend ingredients—oil, egg yolks, vinegar, spices—using high-speed mixers and emulsifiers to create the required emulsion consistency.

• Automation Monitoring: Team members operate, calibrate, and monitor automated machinery, including filling machines, cappers, and labelers.

• Batch Tracking: Maintaining accurate records of batch production, ingredients, and ingredient traceability.

• HACCP Compliance: Implementing Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), such as monitoring acidification (pH below 4.1) and pasteurization temperatures (e.g., 60°C for 3.5 minutes) to prevent microbial growth like Salmonella.

• Inspection: Inspecting raw ingredients for quality upon arrival and checking finished products for proper texture, flavor, and salt levels.

• Sanitation (Sanitation Team): Performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of machinery, tanks, and the production environment to prevent contamination.

  Packaging and Logistics:

• Airtight Packaging: Operating machines to ensure jars and bottles are sealed perfectly to maintain product freshness.

• Labeling and Coding: Ensuring labels, nutritional information, and batch numbers are correct for traceability.

• Palletizing & Storage: Moving finished goods to warehouse storage in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of inventory.

  Maintenance and Safety:

• Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and minor servicing on production machinery.

• Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations while operating equipment, including using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
