• Bachelor's Degree in Footwear Engineering, Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

• Responsible & Manage Quality Operations of respective coverage Footwear & Non-Footwear factories.

• For Quality improvement all operations can handle independently.

• To drive action plan for achieving quality KPI.

• Manage & communication effectively with CFTs to meet sustain cost effective KPI target of minimizing SR, CC, rework & rejection.

• Always follow & work-out for Quality in 'Right First Time'.

• Good Knowledge about required Physical test (materials, F.G) & standard parameters at SATRA, ISO.

• Good knowledge about Footwear technical competency, Materials & product life cycle & SOP of different manufacturing processes.

• For enhancing product quality develop the process & workout for execution.

• Good knowledge about production trial & process engineering
