• Plan, organize, and control daily coating production activities to ensure smooth operations in coordination with pulping, paper machine, and coating operators.

• Monitor and optimize coating machine performance by controlling key process parameters such as speed, coat weight, and drying conditions to ensure consistent production efficiency.

• Ensure coated paper quality compliance with required standards including grammage, gloss, PPS, opacity, and printability through continuous process monitoring and testing.

• Analyze production defects such as streaks, wrinkles, coating skips, and other quality deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for coating machines and dryers to minimize breakdowns, downtime, and production losses.

• Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards across the coating plant.

• Manage and optimize raw material consumption including pigments, binders, and additives to reduce cost and improve overall process efficiency.

• Drive operational excellence by reducing machine downtime, minimizing off-grade production, and improving overall yield.

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of coating operators, shift supervisors, and technical staff to ensure high productivity and discipline.

• Coordinate with production planning, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and achievement of production targets.
