Experience:

• 2 to 6 years

B.Sc. in Mechanical / B.Sc. in EEE / B.Sc. in IPE /B.Sc. in PME /Diploma in Mechanical/ Diploma in IPE /Diploma in PME/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any reputed institution.

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Sound Knowledge in ISO, SAP, 5’S, Auto CAD(2D, 3D and 3D Max), MS Office and SAP Software.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after engineering in production to expedite business.

Production Planning & Operational Coordination

• Plan and coordinate production processes on a daily basis to ensure high-quality product output.

• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.

• Coordinate with Production Supervisors in alignment with the Mechanical Head to ensure smooth operations.

• Take responsibility as Shift In-Charge and organize toolbox meetings.

• Check attendance of shift manpower and manage workforce deployment.

• Perform shifting duties as instructed by the Department Head.

• Keep the utility section ready to ensure uninterrupted plant operation.

Process Improvement & Productivity Enhancement

• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials for maximizing production efficiency.

• Evaluate current production activities and recommend improvements for productivity and efficiency enhancement.

• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.

• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and operational outages.

• Summarize monthly downtime reports and forward findings to the Mechanical Head.

Maintenance & Reliability Management

• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production uptime.

• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and ensure readiness of all required resources.

• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and maintain maintenance records of hydraulic machines.

• Prepare lubrication schedules and ensure proper implementation.

• Implement CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, Tightening) practices for all machines.

• Supervise day-to-day hydraulic machinery operations and maintenance activities.

• Check and update daily equipment checklists and take necessary actions in case of abnormalities.

• Assist the Mechanical Manager during maintenance activities.

• Issue mechanical spare parts as required.

• Raise purchase requisitions to Stores in coordination with the Mechanical Head.

Safety, Compliance & Environmental Management

• Identify unsafe operations and practices and immediately report them to management.

• Establish and maintain safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and operational procedures.

Documentation, SOP & Technical Support

• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.

• Maintain records related to preventive maintenance, lubrication, downtime, and equipment performance.

• Investigate equipment and process-related problems, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions.

Team Management & Training

• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to team members to achieve production goals.

• Conduct toolbox meetings and promote safe working practices among employees.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other comparable responsibilities assigned by the Department Head or Management.
