Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise receiving, issuing and record keeping of finished goods, raw materials & components.
∎ Lead, motivate and develop the subordinate work force.
∎ Maintain every transaction of store like - SR, MRR.
∎ Goods/Material will be kept in store by using Bin Card FIFO method.
∎ Ensure smooth receiving operations by recording required information to register books.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery operations by issuing gate pass & delivery Challan & other required documents.
∎ Corresponding with production/distribution unit for materials dispatch & providing up to date information to head office.
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation stocks are properly received, recorded and checked with other departments.
∎ Update all the receiving and issuance of material on daily basis.
∎ Checking the proper way of issued raw material, packaging material & other items.
∎ Produce regular stocks reports and daily stocks position & supervise to subordinate person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
