Responsibilities & Context:
Job Purpose
To manage buyer communication, coordinate order execution, monitor production follow-up, and ensure timely shipment while maintaining quality standards and buyer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle buyer communication regarding order status, sampling, and approvals
Follow up on order execution from development to shipment
Coordinate with production, sourcing, QA, and commercial teams
Prepare costing, consumption, and order-related documentation
Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Resolve merchandising-related issues and maintain buyer satisfaction
Prepare reports and update management regularly
