Responsibilities & Context:

Position Purpose:

The Product Management & Quality Analyst is a dual-focus, remote role responsible for driving product data integrity and ensuring strict regulatory compliance across RONCO’s product portfolio. Dedicating the majority of their time to product management operations, this individual manages online product listings, conducts market intelligence research, and coordinates essential product documentation across internal and external channels. Additionally, this role provides critical, scalable support to the Quality Assurance team by overseeing pre-shipment inspections, reviewing compliance documentation, and conducting risk assessments to ensure all products and packaging meet RONCO’s high standards for safety and quality.

Desired Education & Experience:

  • College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Industrial Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of combined experience in Product Management, E-commerce Data Management, Quality Assurance, or a related analytical role.

  • Proven experience managing online product listings, product databases, and coordinating cross-functional product data (e.g., specifications, images, certifications).

  • Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience or direct exposure to Quality Assurance/Quality Control, factory/pre-shipment inspections, or supplier compliance within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience working within a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety, or industrial manufacturing company is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with a strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder timelines, administrative coordination, and cross-functional communication.

  • Experience conducting market intelligence research and competitor analysis is strongly desired.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and reviewing technical compliance documents is an asset.

Skill & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Location: Located in Bangladesh.

  • Language: Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).

  • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Suppliers).

  • Product & E-commerce Administration: Strong proficiency in navigating and managing e-commerce portals, customer distributor platforms, and internal product databases.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (for complex data review, inspection logs, tracking sheets, and reporting). Familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools is an asset.

  • Quality & Manufacturing Comprehension: Solid understanding of quality inspection processes, manufacturing workflows, and documentation control.

  • Technical Interpretation: Ability to accurately review and interpret technical documents, product specifications, packaging artwork, instructions, and lab test reports.

  • Research & Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive product information into actionable insights.

  • Technical Innovation: Proficiency in utilizing AI-based tools to support data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement is an asset.

  • Working Hours: Able to have a 4-hour daily overlap with our Canadian team (Headquarters operates 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

Responsibilities:

Product Management – 80%

  • Manage and maintain online product listings for RONCO products across key customer and distributor platforms

  • Coordinate product data, specifications, images, certifications, and supporting documentation for customer uploads

  • Support Product Managers with market intelligence research, competitor analysis, and pricing comparisons

  • Assist in gathering and organizing industry trends, customer insights, and competitive product information

  • Maintain internal product databases, product setup documentation, and tracking sheets

  • Support new product launch activities through administrative coordination and cross-functional communication

  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, product comparisons, and sales support materials

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure product information consistency across channels

  • Help monitor customer websites and marketplaces for product accuracy, content updates, and compliance requirements

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Product Management Team on ongoing projects and initiatives

Quality Control & Compliance Orientation – 20%

  • Perform pre-shipment inspections and site visits at supplier facilities in accordance with approved inspection plans, sampling levels, and acceptance criteria.

  • Interpret test results, ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, and manage documentation with certification labs.

  • Conduct risk assessments, product safety reviews, and hazard analyses.

  • Ensure all packaging and labeling requirements are met and review packaging materials and artwork for compliance with RONCO instructions and regulatory requirements.

  • Review product test reports in coordination with the Quality team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
