• Strong knowledge of SMV, SAM, line balancing, capacity planning, and work study.

• Expertise in productivity and efficiency improvement.

• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Purpose

The IE Manager will be responsible for improving production efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, manpower optimization, line balancing, and process improvement to achieve factory production targets and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering department.

• Conduct time and motion studies for production improvement.

• Prepare operation breakdown, SAM, SMV, and capacity planning.

• Ensure line balancing and manpower optimization.

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and labor performance.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

• Coordinate with production, planning, merchandising, and quality teams.

• Analyze production data and prepare efficiency reports.

• Reduce operational costs and improve machine utilization.

• Ensure smooth implementation of lean manufacturing concepts.
