B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills both in Bangla and English.

• Candidates should have basic computer skills especially in MS Office packages.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Strong knowledge in compliance audits (Accord, Alliance, RSC, buyer audits, etc.) is an advantage.

• Have membership in IEB

• Certifications: Preference is heavily given to candidates with training in fire safety, industrial building integrity, and sustainability (e.g., NEBOSH, Lean Six Sigma, LEED, SREDA energy auditor certifications).

• Professional Certification in Project Management will be a preferred.

Compliance and Audit Knowledge: The candidate must be fully familiar with:

• Safety Protocols: Practical experience with RSC, Nirapon, and BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code).

• Global Standards: Knowledge of audit and sustainability frameworks such as Higg Index, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO 9001: 2015, and ISO 14001/ISO 45001.

• Corrective Action Plans (CAP): Having practice in Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, DMAIC, 7 QC Tools. The ability to write and execute CAPs effectively.

Job Context:
We are 100% export oriented and a large reputed footwear manufacturing industry seeking young, energetic, and motivated person to join our Maintenance (Electrical) Team. This is an excellent opportunity in the footwear sector and grow with us through professional excellence.

• Practical experiences on all kinds of electrical machineries/ equipment’s/ works.

• Ensure electrical system design, installation, and maintenance in compliance with BNBC, NFPA, and other international codes/standards.

• Able to allocate tasks on a periodic basis to the team members and ensure availability of resources for each individual to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Should be able to control, train and educate under command electrical maintenance team members.

• Should have theoretical and practical knowledge on generator, boiler, fire safety and protection system, internal electrification system etc.

• Implementation of policies, procedures across the electrical maintenance team with regards to preventive maintenances system and equipment’s.

• Carry out factory compliance-related electrical safety inspections and reporting.

• Implement corrective and preventive measures for electrical hazards.

• Support fire safety, emergency preparedness, and risk assessment activities in line with buyer and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for audits, certifications, and inspections.

• Coordinate with project, safety, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and compliant operations.
