Experience:

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Leather Engineering

• Training/ Trade Course: Any certification in Footwear Technology/ Garments Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering will be preferred.

• Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of really experienced candidate.

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

• The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skill.

• Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.

• Should have good skill on report writing and presentation.

• Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.

• Computer literacy especially in office packages is must.

• Should have modern system adaptability & creativity.

• Should have honesty & integrity, positive and flexible attitude.

• Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Shoe.

• Make Q.C inspection plan with production and material department.

• Responsible for quality assurance/ quality control in the factory.

• Facilitate proactive solution by collecting and analyzing data.

• Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved.

• Able to work in cross-functional environment.

• Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.

• To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.

• Propose/ implement strategic improvements in quality process.

• Prepare different reports and submit to the superior(s).

• Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superior(s).
