We are seeking an experienced QC Manager with a strong background in printer manufacturing or electronics product assembly. The role requires a hands-on leader who understands production floors, quality standards and the discipline needed to maintain consistent product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full Quality Control operation across incoming, in-process and final inspection stages.

• Develop and enforce QC procedures specific to printer components, PCBs, mechanisms and electronic modules.

• Review and approve quality standards, testing methods and inspection criteria.

• Handle defect analysis and root-cause investigation, especially for print quality issues, electronic failure, and assembly defects.

• Work closely with production, R&D and engineering teams to solve quality problems and prevent recurrence.

• Train QC and ensure proper documentation, records and compliance requirements.

• Monitor supplier quality and coordinate with procurement for incoming part rejection, follow-up and corrective action.

• Ensure finished products meet export quality standards before shipment.

• Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for management and guide continuous improvement activities.
