Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.

• Working knowledge in plastic Injection molding, Blow molding, PET Sheet Production line, Thermo forming production and packing processes as well as quality management system is a must. Experience in food industries is an added advantage;           

• Significant experience in Plastics Engineering;           

• Hands on experience in Mold development and testing;         

• Strong analytical and communication ability;           

• Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP (preferably in SAP), MS Office, Internet etc.;         

• Good command in Bengali and English;           

• Able to work independently and under pressure;           

• Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working;

• High level of professional integrity.

Job role:

To meet the plastic unit production goals and new product development on the parameters of quality, cost, time, sustainability and capability development.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet product demand and inventory targets;

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline production processes;

• Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements;

• Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules;

• Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory and stock shortage;

• Oversee maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize uptime;

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
