Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the UPVC factory, including production, fabrication, assembly, and dispatch.
Plan, organize, and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
Ensure manufacturing of UPVC doors, windows, and related products according to approved designs, drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and maintain proper inventory control.
Supervise factory staff, technicians, and supervisors; assign duties and evaluate performance.
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
Maintain factory machinery, tools, and equipment; coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
Implement and enforce workplace safety rules and ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and installation teams to meet project requirements.
Prepare production reports, manpower reports, and material consumption reports for management.
Resolve production-related issues and continuously improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
