Experience in handling construction materials and site store management is mandatory.
Good knowledge of inventory management procedures.
Ability to maintain stock registers and reporting systems.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, inventory software).
Honest, sincere, responsible, and hard working.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain proper records of all construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor material receiving, issuing, and stock balance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
Maintain inventory registers/software accurately.
Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, and Project Site Teams.
Verify material requisition, delivery challan, and stock documents.
Conduct regular physical stock checking and reconciliation.
Ensure proper material usage control and prevent wastage/loss.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store area.
