To support business growth and strengthen people management, RFL Group is seeking Manager / Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring efficient HR operations.
The role combines HR Business Partnering and HR Operations, focusing on workforce effectiveness, Recruitment , payroll accuracy, employee engagement, and process improvement to support organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Provide strategic HR advisory support on organizational structure, manpower planning, and change management.
HR Operation and Payroll
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary data validation, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and tax calculations.
- Oversee statutory compliance, including income tax, GDPS, labor law requirements, and coordination with regulatory authorities.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries related to compensation, taxes, and benefits.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Lead manpower planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Support recruitment of critical and leadership roles in coordination with Talent Acquisition.
Performance Management
- Drive goal setting, performance review cycles, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
- Coach line managers on performance management and feedback practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
- Handle complex disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Learning & Leadership Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business heads.
- Support leadership development, coaching, and succession readiness programs.
