Responsibilities & Context:

The HR Manager will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the organization’s workforce and culture. This role requires a highly experienced HR professional capable of leading large teams, managing complex compliance and employee relations, supporting business expansion, and ensuring full alignment between HR strategy and organizational goals.

  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to top management in organizational planning and decision-making.

  • Design and lead organizational development (OD) initiatives, restructuring, manpower forecasting, and succession planning.

  • Develop and implement company-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth and expansion plans.

  • Establish and monitor HR KPIs and dashboards for manpower, attrition, productivity, and engagement.

  • Lead and control the overall HR budget, manpower cost, and administrative expenses.

  • Advise management on risk management related to labor issues, compliance, and employee relations.

  • Handle critical disciplinary matters, termination cases, investigations, and legal disputes in coordination with legal advisors.

  • Design and lead leadership development and talent management programs.

  • Oversee company culture building, employer branding, and engagement programs.

  • Drive digital HR transformation (HR software, ERP, biometric, payroll automation).

  • Implement reward & recognition policies, benefit structures, and compensation benchmarking against industry standards.

  • Ensure data security and confidentiality of all employee and management records.

  • Act as the final authority for HR policy interpretation and disciplinary recommendations.

  • Build a high-performing HR team, mentor subordinates, and ensure continuous skill development.
