Education:
  • Master’s degree in any discipline

  • Diploma in fire safety course from Fire Service and Civil Defense (FSCD) is mandatory. Others certification in fire safety procedures will be given preference.

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Facing Audit (Alliance/ Nirapon/ Social Compliance)

  • Must have good knowledge on labor law/ RSC/ Nirapon safety issue, Fire detection and protection system.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Implement and monitor overall Health and Safety policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws (BLA, BNBC, Firefighting Act & Rules) and international safety standards (NFPA, Nirapon, and RSC).

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential hazards.

  • Carry out regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure emergency exits, escape routes, and safety signage are clear and functional.

  • Monitor safety management systems, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting.

  • Organize and conduct fire drills and evacuation exercises.

  • Inspect and maintain fire detection, alarm, and protection systems.

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.

  • Provide safety induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.

  • Monitor on-site construction, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with company safety protocols.

  • Maintain safety documentation, permits, inspection checklists, reports, and compliance records.

  • Conduct regular safety committee meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

  • Coordinate with management, supervisors, and workers on all safety-related matters.

  • Promote safety awareness and foster a positive safety culture in the workplace.
