• H.S.C or equivalent Degree is required. Educational Qualification may be relaxed for the really deserving & experienced candidates.

Skill of quality control, shoe industry, shoe manufacturing.

• Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.

• Should be team player having good interpersonal skills.

• The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication, report writing & presentation skills.

• Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.

• Should have positive and flexible attitude.

• Able to work in cross-functional environment.

• Minimum 10 years practical experiences in footwear product development related job from reputed export oriented shoe factories.

• Preferred countries: Bangladesh as well as candidates form Thailand, India,  Srilanka, China, Taiwan & Vietnam.

• Perform the required tasks to handle & manage from scratch to finish product.

• Should have depth knowledge on pattern designing & sample making.

• Proper monitoring, follow up and control of necessary dies.

• New sample development from scratch to finish product as per Buyer’s requirements.

• Good knowledge on material consumption.

• Should have depth knowledge on Shoe Technology.

• Monitor, Control and utilization of men, machine and material for optimum productivity.

• Production planning/ reporting on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.

• Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continues improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency. 

• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.

• Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superior.
