Experience:
Experience in Retail Fashion Industry (specially in L&D) will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Outlet:
Conduct need analysis to identify skill gaps and future learning needs for Outlet staff.
Designing, developing, and delivering training programs as per business needs.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development and incorporate best practices into programs.
Delivering new Joiner Induction Training.
Package Employee Training Module prepare, co-ordinate, prepare training plan and delivering as per management decision.
Training budget prepare and settle after training.
Monthly Training Report prepare and share with management.
Management:
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and future learning needs for management staff.
Assist to Develop engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online.
Implement a variety of learning methods (e.g., coaching, mentoring, e-learning, workshops) to address diverse learning needs.
Coordinate with external training providers and manage training logistics.
Align training programs with career development and succession planning.
Maintain all training documentation & share the report with stakeholder for further plan & Improvement.
Performance Management System:
Periodical information collection from outlet, analysis, review with stakeholder, take approval from management and declare the winner of Reward & Recognition program.
Develop Employee Profile time to time for review & assist for PMS documentation.
Introduce Career development program of outlet staffs.
SOP and policy development for smooth operation process. (If needed)
People Engagement:
Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and programs.
Assist in organizing team-building activities, company events, and employee recognition programs.
Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve engagement initiatives.
Conduct periodical HR related survey, compile, share with team and stakeholder and take corrective action plan.
Work on welfare & wellness activities to entire Sailor.
Recruitment & Selection:
Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and onboarding process for new employees both Outlet and Management.
Onboard Recruitment Source or recruitment platform for best people selection both outlet & Management.
New initiative for developing outlet people recruitment process.
Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
Support the maintenance of a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Assist in competency framework & KPI based JD preparation.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Assist & prepare regular HR reports like headcount, recruitment status, training completion, and performance metrics etc.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal regulations.
