• Strong knowledge of Lean tools (e.g., SMV, line balancing, time study, motion study).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and IE-related software/tools.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Lead IE activities to maximize Man, Machine, Material, Method & management to delivery the product to customer in a right cost, quality & time.

• Lead activities to look for opportunities to improve factory productivity.

• Set & monitor project progress to meet the expectation requirements.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing environment in factory to improve company competitive edges.

• Innovate & implement good production systems.

• Implement appropriated, process & workflow for all kind of product.

• Drive Man, Machine, Material & Method to improve line productivity & pleasure customer.

• Set up & monitor the production processes to achieve product conformity requirement ( Cost, quality & delivery).

• Innovate to shorten production process of each product.

• Monitoring internal process control to maximize People, Process & Performance.
